Andrew founded Ripple Effect Consulting in 2001 to allow him the freedom and flexibility to consult to a variety of Multinational IT companies like Adobe Systems. He has an Honours degree from the NMMU in Biokinetics and an undergraduate Human Movement Science degree from Rhodes University in Grahamstown. He worked for several years in the Medical Industry before joining ITC in 1997 after successfully running a small IT reseller business at the coast.


He worked for Workgroup Distribution for 2 years before joining Adobe Systems as country Manager in 2001. As time moved on his role at Adobe changed several times, by the time he left in 2009 he was the Regional Manager for Middle East, Africa, Indian Ocean Islands, Israel, Greece and Malta with a revenue exceeding $80m per year.


In 2010 he revived Ripple Effect Consulting seeking new business opportunites across both the Medical and IT industries. After 5 yeas focusing on medical products, he has become a technical expert in the design and milling of digital orthotics.

Iain Busschau

Inland Sales Manager

Iain joined Ripple Effect in 2012 as the Inland Sales Manager. His primary focus is to build key accounts throughout Gauteng and the other inland provinces.


Iain previously worked in Sales and Marketing at Advances Health Foods before obtaining a BA degree in Psychology and Exercise Physiology and a Post Graduate Certification in Education, both from the University of Johannesburg. Iain then worked in Education, helping to shape the minds of South African youths, for 7 years.


As he has a strong teaching background he performs the key role of head of training for Ripple Effect. He too has an excellent understanding of the milling and biomechancial products allowing him to support the products with excellence.

Lindy Richter

Production Manager

Lindy joined Ripple Effect in Jan 2014 as our Office and Production manager. She is responsible for the milling staff and liaising with our milling partners.


She Matriculated in 2013 with distinction and believe that “you are never too old or too young to learn something new”. Since joining the company in Jan 2014 she has thoroughly enjoyed her work, gaining plenty of experience in all aspects of operational management. Her goal is to strive to give the best possible service delivery.

Jon joined Ripple Effect in 2011, as Sales Manager of Footdisc Performance Insoles. His brief extends across the other product ranges, with an emphasis on looking after accounts across the coastal region, from the Western and Eastern Cape, through to KwaZulu Natal.


Jon's prior work experience lies in sales and marketing positions in both the travel/tourism and telecommunications industry. With an Honours degree from the University of Wales, and many years experience in managerial and key account roles, he relishes the challenge the dynamic portfolio of products Ripple Effect Consulting presents. 


Jon has excellent product knowledge, enabling his customers to get the absolute most out of their solutions.


In 2014 he started our UK operation as the Sales Director.
